These services are designed to provide guidance and support to students before they embark on their new journey. Pre-Departure sessions are designed to prepare outgoing students for a meaningful study abroad experience.
Students are required to participate in all aspects of the Pre departure programme. Our Pre-Departure Session Covers Important Information like:

Students will have the opportunity to hear from and ask questions to professionals and from the senior Student Counsellor. Student will receive an email with orientation date, time, and location details.
This Pre- Departure services is a training resource designed to support and enhance the cultural adjustment of students studying abroad. It contains intercultural communication topics and explores how culture impacts experiences and learning abroad.

Before you are ready to depart, make yourself comfortable by planning your initial days in different countries. Institutions are there to help international students make this important transition by giving them an airport pickup, arranging for temporary accommodation and by giving them an orientation session. - Your valid passport with a valid student visa
- Your letter of offer from the institution, confirmation of your airport pickup by the institution and your accommodation details
- Receipts of any related payments you have made including tuition fees, health cover etc.
- Attested mark sheets and certificates and work experience letters
- Your birth certificate, credit card, ten passport size photographs, an international driver’s license
- Important telephone numbers and addresses in India and abroad
- Prescriptions to support your use of any required medications.
